SHIPPING
We offer shipping via USPS Media Mail, which typically arrives in 3-8 business days. We also offer USPS first-class international shipping. If you require expedited shipping, please reach out. Orders are normally sent for shipping within one business day of the order being placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most of our films are available for purchase from any country in the world. All international orders (excluding Canada) must be pre-paid in US dollars. Please email or call us with questions about international delivery. DVDs are region-free, NTSC encoded.

SCREENING RIGHTS
LIMITED PUBLIC PERFORMANCE (PPR)
Unless otherwise noted, all prices not listed as home use on our site include a limited public performance license which permits unlimited single site, non-theatrical, non-commercial, non-broadcast, internal use by the purchasing organization only. No admission fees may be charged, and no public uses are permitted (screening or use of the DVD with others outside the purchasing organization) unless a commercial license is purchased. These rights are non-transferable.
DIGITAL SITE LICENSES (DSL)
Digital site licenses for our films are available, if not stated on the film's page. DSL allows you to locally host and stream a film on a closed system to your institution's authenticated users in perpetuity. DSLs are manually fulfilled digitally over email in response to your order confirmation, typically within business day. You will be provided with a .mp4 film file as well as a corresponding .srt caption file. DSLs also include a DVD for your physical collection. Please inquire with any questions.
OTHER LICENSES
Many of our titles are available for broadcast, cablecast, and/or footage licensing. Please inquire.
ABOUT PRICING
We offer several levels of pricing to make our programs available to a wide range of institutions and groups with varying budgets. Our films are produced by independent producers who share in the revenue of every sale we make, and count on that income to help cover the high cost of producing new media programs. If you are unable to afford the prices listed, please contact us. Prices are subject to change without notice.
LOW-BUDGET GROUP PRICING
We offer discount pricing on many of our titles to smaller non-profit organizations and community groups.
BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
We offer discounted pricing for bulk quantity orders. Please inquire via email or telephone.
PUBLIC LIBRARY PRICING
Special pricing is available for circulation only copies of most of our programs where no public performance license is required. Please inquire.

No program in any format, in whole or in part,may be used for commercial purposes, broadcast, or cablecast, or altered, recorded, rented, or duplicated in any way without our prior written consent.
